I am a proud dad and husband in the Richards tribe, where imagination, caring, and good fun are daily practices. The wild adventure that is this life has instilled in me a burning desire to cooperate in creating a good future for my pint-sized sidekicks and the world they are inheriting.

So, guided by my convictions and accessorized with my data science glasses, I seek to make the world a better place. I believe I can contribute by grappling with the problems themselves, critically thinking about potential solutions, asking clarifying questions, diligently wrangling the data, and, ultimately, being decisive.

When I'm not digging into data, you'll hear me serenading my family with my violin, krumping on the peloton, mediating an enthusiastic theological or political debate in my head or contemplating parenthood while watching Bluey with my kids. If I'm lucky, I may even be on a well-deserved date night with my wife while our trusted babysitter watches the kids.
